Piano - Learning the piano is more than just hitting the right key at the right time! There are certain techniques that helps to shape and play the piano more beautifully.

Theory and history are incorporated in the lessons so students can understand what makes music sound the way they should be, and history will allow them to understand diffrent styles that appear in different periods.

For those who wish to take RCM exams, I have compeleted all the RCM Teacher’s courses and I can definately help you to prepare for that.

Students will then be well equipped to develop their own musical style!

Violin - The violin is considered one of the hardest instrument to learn! Not to worry- through fun and interactive activities, students can build a strong foundation in technique, posture and movement, allowing the violin to become an extension of their body.

Theory and history are incorporated into the lessons so students can understand what makes music sound the way they should be, and history will allow them to understand the different styles that appeared in different time periods. 

For those who wish to take RCM exams, I have compeleted the RCM Violin Teacher’s course for teaching elementary students (prep to level 4). And I aim to take the remaining courses.

Herman Music Studio is an officially licensed “Smart Start” program provider. The “Smart Start” program was developed by the Royal Conservatory of Music (Canada) and is a music program designed for children aged 0-4 years old.  

The course aims to improve the child’s Attention, Memory, Perception and Cognitive Flexibility.  

Parents will be provided with take-home course materials to practice with their children at home.
